- Commercial Laundry: Bulk laundry services for businesses, including hotels, gyms, and restaurants.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Clothing Suitability: Ensure all items are suitable for standard laundering. We are not responsible for damage to items not suitable for our cleaning processes.
- Item Identification: Clearly label all items, especially those requiring special care (e.g., “Dry Clean Only”).
- Personal Belongings: Remove all personal items (e.g., money, jewelry) from clothing before submitting for service. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in clothing.
- Special Instructions: Provide any special care instructions at the time of drop-off or pickup.
3. Service Limitations
- Stain Removal: While we make every effort to remove stains, we do not guarantee complete removal of all stains.
- Damage During Cleaning: We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, such as fabric weakness, color bleeding, or shrinkage.
- Unacceptable Items: We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are heavily soiled, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for our cleaning processes.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing Structure: Charges are based on weight, item count, or flat rates, depending on the service provided.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.
- Late Fees: A late fee may apply for uncollected items after a specified period.
5. Pickup and Delivery
- Scheduling: Pickup and delivery times are scheduled in advance. Customers must ensure access to the location during the agreed-upon times.
- Missed Appointments: If a pickup or delivery is missed, the customer may be charged a rescheduling fee.
- Unattended Items: We are not responsible for items left unattended during pickup or delivery.

- Limitation of Liability: Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the lesser of the item’s replacement cost or the cleaning charge.
